Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept Paypal payments, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Q: I ordered something, when will it arrive?
A: Please allow for one week for order processing.
Q: How long until I get my order?
A: We are shipping a little slower than usual but we are shipping! We have a turn around time of about one week. Some items will arrive to you faster than this and some can take a bit longer. Our top priority is lowering the wait time on orders. Please use the order tracker page. We also sometimes send items in separate packages to reduce shipping times.
Q: I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
A: To enter your discount code you'll need to be in the checkout portion of your order.
You can enter the discount code within the cart and it will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you there. If your discount code is not working please contact support@fittoniashop.com or our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/fittoniashop/ immediately and we will fix this for you right away.
Q: How do i track my order?
A: You will receive an email once your order has been processed, containing the details of your order tracking.
Q: How to cancel or modify an order?
A: Please note that any changes on your order are accepted within 24 hours. No order changes can be processed once the order has been validated.  
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Exchanges and returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase and must be supported with proof of purchase.
